It was easy and inexpensive, and was my first real follow-a-tutorial-DIY-project. I realized that projects take a lot longer then they appear online, and you have to problem solve along the way because nothing turns out exactly the same. All in all it was fun and I love the look. I can't wait to have pretty blinds and curtains framing that mirror!
I am having troucle embedding the link to CG's tutorial, so here it is: http://www.centsationalgirl.com/2011/04/diy-paint-stick-sunburst-mirror/

I love it! I can't wait to see the finished room!
I was wondering where you got that mirror! Great job on making it yourself! I need to be more crafty. I am so lazy and would so much rather just pay someone to do it.
I can't wait to see your other crafts!
That's awesome, Katie! DOING IT.
Dude, that's awesome!
Katie you should try this web site http://ana-white.com/ It is my favorite place ever for cool DIY things. Gongrats on another little boy.
Cute!! You did a great job! I was amazed when you said it is made out of paint sticks. You can't even tell.
Wow! Great job Katie!
I love your mirror. And now I am looking for those other posts about your decorating and Chicago trip you promised. :)
