Sunday Afternoon

I took these photos when we were all hanging out on a Sunday afternoon. I just love those times. Sunday was our 2 year anniversary and Tommy's 4-month mark. Ryan and I went to the Wet'n'Wild waterpark for our anniversary and had so much fun. The year before we had stayed at a resort hotel place and had it be all romantic, but times have changed! We loved just having tons of fun, feeling like we were kids, and not being parents for awhile. I have a feeling that our anniversaries will continue to get simpler as time goes on :)

Tommy had his 4-month check up and weighed in at 17.5 pouds - 90% for weight and 27 inches - 95% for height. He is such a big baby! Whenever people see him they comment on how he looks so much older because he is just huge! I can't wait until he can sit up so I don't have to lug his carseat around. As you can imagine, it is very heavy. Tommy is such a happy baby. Typically, he only gets fussy when he is hungry or needs to go to sleep. He loves to laugh and smiles at everyone. He especially enjoys eating his hands and blowing raspberries for fun. We love hearing his little voice as he coos and seeing his personality emerge. He is so easygoing - definitely a Ryan Jr. His hair is coming in very light brown and his eyes are so blue! A surprise baby in every sense!
